1. Overview

This policy explains how Faheem (owned by Faheem for Educational Solutions) collects and uses personal data, and your rights regarding that data. It is binding on us, and binding on you when using the platform.

2. What we collect

When using Faheem we collect only two types of data:

• Account data: name, work email, role, organization.
• Usage data: comprehension rates, sessions, content you upload (for processing only).

We do not collect commercial data, nor advertising tracking data. We do not run any advertising network.

3. How we use the data

• Providing the platform service as agreed in the contract.
• Improving platform performance through aggregated statistics (not individual content).
• Operational communication (alerts, security notices, service updates).

4. Where data is stored

All data is stored in Saudi-certified data centers. Data does not leave the Kingdom, even in backups.

5. Retention

We retain account data for the duration of the contract. When the contract ends, you receive a full export of your data within 7 days, and we destroy all data on our servers (with a destruction certificate) within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of your data in a standard format.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data.
• Restrict how we process your data.
• Object to particular processing.
